Notes:
Boil size 14 L. A bit of a random brew because we weren't really sure what else to do. The liquid malt is much darker than we imagined.
As expected this brew started off a little young and without character however some maturation in the bottle brought this up to be a very nice drop. Still not exactly sure what it was though...
